Visual prompts provide just the right inspiration when I get stuck trying to find the perfect words. Stimulating all our senses is beneficial in weaving together atmosphere and storytelling, so I find pictures of places to be a useful tool. For this particular prompt, I’ve located four photos of various cathedral elements – stuff to inspire that things-that-go-bump-in-the-night sort of shiver. If nothing, they are nice to enjoy!
