Listen to Tchaikovsky

Tchaikovsky is one of those names people recognize when discussion turns to classical compositions but most casual listeners don’t realize the breadth of his work. A 19th century Russian composer, his music was the first of its day to cross cultural boundaries and be celebrated outside his homeland. Even today, Hollywood often uses his music for dramatic effect in movies – a diluted way to experience it surely, but hey, at least we’re still appreciating these beauties.
