Angela Orlowsk-Peart has bestowed upon me, the One Lovely Blog Award! Fanfare, trumpets, squees, and parade waves…Thank you!

The awards are fun, but it is even nicer to know people appreciate your blogging efforts. There are millions of great blogs and when someone visits here and leaves with a smile or a laugh…that makes me happy. Angela’s smile is so warm, you can feel the shine coming through the screen.

This award has two rules.

The first is that I need to share five wacky or random facts about myself.  I had to wrack my memory to find something I hadn’t already tossed out here for consumption, but finally did:

#1 – Most weeks I read at least two or three books, all genres, both fiction and not.
#2 – I have an inexplicable attraction to decks of playing cards.
#3 – When something strikes my fancy I become insanely focused.
#4 – When I’m ready to go that means I’m on my way out and wait for no one.
#5 – My spatial pattern recognition is so OCD, anything moved in my house, I note.

The second rule is to pass the One Lovely Blog Award along to five deserving individuals. I selected people whose blogs I enjoy and who didn’t appear to have already been awarded. Not everybody enjoys being in the limelight, so feel free to pass or play, I’ll still visit your blog either way.
